Uncle Fest: Day III

Two days ago I woke up at 4:30 am in LA, jumped on a plane that took me to Madison, Wisconsin. 3 hours after landing, I was on stage playing our first show with Relient K. I felt so rock 'n roll; being flown around the country, riding coach between two smelly people, eating high quality fast food and sleeping on a friend's couch! It was great. Anyway, I finished my vocals and our record is done! I know I sound cocky, but I can't help it, this album is incredible. We finally made the record we've always wanted to. Every time I listen to it I get excited. I wish you could hear it right now...but you can't. However, we do have an EP coming out on the 14th to hold us over. Oh, and a new version of My Beautiful Rescue will be on our MySpace on Tuesday.

Blah, blah, blah, tour, tour, tour. It's great and it sucks, but mostly it's great. It would be better if you came and sang along. We are playing to a lot of fresh ears, and we could use all the support we can get. So do it! Come to a show and hang out with us. We'll be at the merch table offering free counseling and kick boxing lessons. Seriously though, please come to the shows, we need you. Thanks for the memories,

	cinematicsarah: 10/16/2008 7:07 PM i want to see you guys so bad, but the only times you've ever come to missouri were tuesdays. tuesdays don't work for people who go to school; and live two hours away from where you're playing. please, can i just suggest not playing pops in sauget, illinois. come to the blue note in columbia, or the creepy crawl in st. louis. j'adore you all, always have and always will. can't wait for the album!
